Naomi has specialized in employment law since 2012. She joined Workx lawyers in 2022.
In her daily practice she advice’s, negotiates and litigates on behalf of (international) employers and employees on employment law issues. In 2019 she successfully completed the Grotius specialist course in Employment Law.
Naomi has a lot of expertise in the field of individual and collective redundancies, reorganizations, company closures, transfer of undertaking, reintegration and employment conditions. She also has experience in corporate law. This is useful to her in the employment law aspects of corporate law issues, such as mergers and acquisitions.
During her time as a lawyer, Naomi has built up a varied litigation practice and now has more than a decade of litigation experience.
