Kees Kerstens is co-founder of Salacia Solutions. His ambition is to make ESG monitoring and reporting just as common as financial reporting for companies and investors. He is an experienced entrepreneur and professional with focus on environmental impact tracking and circular economy.
He studied Civil Engineering at Delft University of Technology and Business Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam. He also completed the Advanced Change Methodologies at SIOO, leading to the grade of Master of Change Management.
Kees gained his first experience with managing complex international projects at Arcadis in Yemen. During the management development programme of ORMIT he was intensively trained in general management skills and carried out three change management assignments at both public and private organisations (Philips/NXP, GVB Amsterdam and Fortis/ABN Amro).
As a senior consultant at Rebel and financial director at Afval Loont Kees developed his skills in building new business and leading fundamental changes within organisations at the cutting edge of public and private partnerships. He also acted as one of the founding fathers of the BEAT cycling club. In 2017 Kees became director / owner at Rebel and Practice Lead Circular Economy.
In 2021 he co-founded Salacia Solutions. Salacia offers companies and investors fully automated impact tracking and reporting.
