K. (Koen) Limperg

Koen Limperg is Senior IP Partner at De Brauw. He advises and litigates on behalf of national and international clients in all aspects of intellectual property, advertising and regulatory matters. His practice includes IP conflict resolution through litigation, negotiation, mediation and arbitration. He is frequently engaged by clients to act in multi-jurisdiction litigation teams. He has particular experience in fast-track IP litigation, mainly relating to the food industry, wines and spirits, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, fashion and luxury goods. The practice is strongly cross-border in nature and Koen enjoys cooperating with foreign IP colleagues and clients, often engaging the extensive network that was created overtime. His know-how is also frequently called upon in transactional matters.
